As an internationally known speaker, writer, workshop designer, and executive coach, Marie’s signature workshop Power of Your Presence has earned both Marie and her firm a top reputation among Fortune 500 organizations and international clients. Her expertise in Executive Presence and Leadership Communication leaves a purposeful impact on individuals, teams, and organizations. Having both designed and delivered innovative and engaging curriculum for over 30 years, Marie is considered a pioneer in the field of personal and leadership development.

Today, Marie serves as the visionary and leader for MMCo, while also working with select clients on the firm’s Power of Your Presence coaching packages, Embracing the New services, Recharge and Renewal® Workshops, and her personal passion: Business Savvy Seminars.

Prior to her consulting career, Marie performed as a professional vocalist and entertainer in the Washington, D.C. area. Her stage and theater experience is evident today in her speaking engagements. Marie can be relied upon to bring a vibrant energy to her presentations, along with a healthy dose of Irish wit and humor!

Marie’s formal education includes a B.A. in Human Development with a Minor in Voice from Antioch University. She also studied Special Education, Dance Performance, and Italian at the University of Wisconsin.

When Marie is not busy writing, speaking, or working with clients, you’ll find her relaxing with her cat Cleo in sunny San Diego, California.
